We loved our stay at Jeff's home. The home was comfortable, clean and peaceful. My son's loved the kayaks and fishing off the back patio. Jeff and Lisa were extremely responsive and helpful, which always reduces travel stress. Would highly recommend the property and Jeff and Lisa.

Spacious house with big kitchen and dining area for dinners and game nights. The location on the water made it easy to launch one of the 7 kayaks or 2 canoes that is provided with the house. All bedrooms had balconies and beds were very comfortable. Jeff will answer any questions you have and also provide restaurant information. We will definetly be back for more fun!

We’ve stayed on the river 3 times, 3 different houses and this was my favorite. It was very clean, great location, easy to find… spacious and comfortable. The neighbor to the left is also very friendly so that’s a plus as well. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

We absolutely had the best stay at the Sasquatch Hideaway and Jeff and Lisa are great hosts! The home is located right on the main river and the water was so clear and beautiful. This place is perfect for multiple families, a large family or even a group of friends and has everything you need. We felt at home and it was such a fun and peaceful weekend getaway.

Can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed the wonderful the home and property. It was so fun sitting around the fire pit watching the water and being in such a beautiful special place. Very clean and well decorated home. All the games and kayaks also made it the perfect vacation get away. We’ve already booked again. Thanks Jeff and Lisa for hosting us.

Jeff was a fantastic host he really keeps the high standard for Airbnb hosts. The beds were so cozy. Pillows perfect. Host was very responsive and handled anything that came up which was only a couple minor issues, like a true professional. The house was exactly how it is pictured. Got to see plenty of manatees right from the dock and even river otter! Terrific time!!!!! True vacation! Thank you !

Fantastic spot to bring a large group together and feel like we all had space! Best dockside patio in the neighborhood :) and of course loved saying hello to the manatees just around the corner every day. Will be back!

One of my favorite places on Earth. I just loveeeee this property and home. It is super clean, spacious, fun and cozy. The location doesn’t get better. Sitting next to the river as the sun rises and I drink my coffee, listening to the magical sounds of FL nature, is heaven on Earth. We have stayed here for 4 years and just booked again. The hosts are amazing. Communication is always clear and warm. This property gets my highest recommendation and review. It’s a precious gem.

Great river house on the main channel of the river with updated kitchen and bath. It was spotless! Lovely outside covered patio for relaxing. The cottage was very well equipped. Perfect for my husband and I. The cottage included sit-on-top kayaks which we used to paddle on the river. The bedrooms each contained a king bed, a chest, closet and a wall mounted TV for those who like to watch TV from their bed. The beds were some sort of memory foam which is not our favorite, but comfortable enough. One of the couches in the main room also converted to a full size bed. I think the cottage is perfect size for 1 or 2 couples. If we return we would definitely rent it again if available.

Jeff’s home is spacious and clean. The patio overlooks a crystal clear spring fed lazy River and forest with abundant fish and wildlife to view. The neighborhood is quiet. Throughout the day people cross up and down the river on kayaks and SUPs. There were 5 or 6 kayaks and a canoe available to use and a barbecue.
