We stayed at Jeff’s place for Mother’s Day weekend with our kids and Grandkids. The home was spacious, well appointed, clean, and the location was perfect! We will definitely be back! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Absolutely stunning property. Very private. The pool was amazing, and Jeff made the process for heating it very easy. My children enjoyed the chickens, as well as the pool and beach toys. Lots of storage. Felt like walking into a fully functional home. Overall, one of the best Airbnb stays we’ve had!

This place is magical. We paddled up and down the main river and I honestly think this is the best. The access to the river is really well done. We had multiple people paddle by and tell us they liked our place. I wish! I lost track of how many manatee swam by. Our children were endlessly entertained and spent so much time outside. It was wonderful. 10/10

Wonderful host. Easy check-in, great location, and quiet neighborhood. We had such a relaxing time enjoying the saltwater pool. Very convenient to the Sponge Docks for shopping and dining. 5 stars.

We had a lovely stay. Very comfortable beds. Beautiful location. It just was a very comfortable place to stay at every level and in every way. When we come back we will look for openings here at this Airbnb for sure.

This house was absolutely perfect for our three-generation family vacation! The elevator was a send-from-heaven for grandma, making the entire home accessible and comfortable for her. We loved the location—we even saw an otter and a few manatees right from the house! Highly recommend.

Couldn’t say enough positive things about this place as a group we had a great time. All the amenities were beautiful and clean. And all the toys were greatly used and greatly appreciated.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was as posted. The friendly hens produced so many eggs while we were there, our group of four couldn't eat them all! The home was perfect to allow us plenty of space and privacy, but also cozy to gather together at mealtime and in evenings. We paid the $500 deposit for the pool/jacuzzi heater but didn't end up using it because instructions to turn it all on and off were a bit overwhelming for us. That was a bit of a disappointment for us. But the deposit was promptly returned after departure. We were so comfortable in the house though... it was a home away from home. The owners were quickly responsive to any needs or concerns. We fell in love with this area in Florida and could easily see why people would choose to call this home. We plan to return.. and hopefully come at a time when we can swim with manatees next time.

We had a great week here, I highly recommend it! Great location, beautiful well furnished home with plenty of kayaks for everyone. House was spotless and the hosts were responsive and very friendly!
